Speedvagen California Fit-Tour
Speedvagen bicycles is a custom bike builder based in Portland, OR. Their bikes are some of the most sought-after in the world. Unlike most bicycle brands, Speedvagen does not partner with bike shops, and they sell their bikes directly to their customers. This presents a challenge when Speedvagen wants to pop-up in a city outside of Portland to acquire new customers. As such, they try to partner with like-minded brands to utilize their spaces to attract and fit new customers to custom bikes. I'd long been a fan, so when the opportunity to work together presented itself, I jumped at the chance.
Converted 800sq ft. flagship retail space to fit studio
Designed and launched two custom shirts
Produced photoshoot and digital assets
Executed email campaign to increase fit sign-ups and retail traffic
Infused collaborative brand messaging on TS web site
Secured first-time media w/ cycling endemic publications
Collaborated with local artist, Chris Mcnally, to bring cycling-inspired art into our retail experience
Executed a launch party to commemorate the partnership and for Speedvagen's newest model, the GTFO
