Channel Ape was a SaaS start-up built for high-growth e-commerce brands looking to scale their operations, better manage their inventory and orders, increase fulfillment efficiency, and align with their 3PLs.
I joined Channel Ape marketing as the only team member with experience in our target market, direct-to-consumer e-comm. I saw an opportunity to improve our site and its content to speak more authentically to our target market. I led the site redesign to acquire customers within our ICP as cost-effectively as possible. With feedback from our Sales and Customer-facing teams, I produced sales collateral, customer case studies, white papers, blog articles, webinars, and partnership campaigns with adjacent e-comm SaaS companies.
