Stitch Labs is a SaaS start-up built for high-growth e-commerce brands looking to scale their operations, better manage their inventory and orders, increase fulfillment efficiency, and align with their 3PLs.
I joined Stitch Labs marketing as the only team member with experience in our target market, direct-to-consumer e-comm. I immediately saw an opportunity to build out our content offering to connect our product to both our customers and prospects. I led a brand re-design and a sub-brand launch aimed at engaging our customers in a more valuable way. With feedback from our Product, Sales and Customer-facing teams I produced customer case studies, white-papers, blog articles, and partnership campaigns with adjacent e-comm SaaS companies.
